I completed the 90-day challenge on NoFap, and it amazes me the work of redemption that Christ has done in my life because I went from being in full bondage to PMO to this point, what some people call 'cold turkey'. It hasn't been smooth or prefect, some weeks back I wrote here how I have been struggling with porn subs and strong urges, but somehow I have been able to get to where I am now. I am left with just one quote that has been going on over and over in my head (forgive me because I don't know exactly where it is in the Bible): " It is not by my power nor my might but by the spirit and grace of God ". Grace is real, maybe that's why I've fallen in love with the song Grace to Grace (by hillsong worship), this song gives me such delight and comfort in the abundant love and grace of our Saviour, Jesus Christ. I know now that Grace can heal people from sexual brokenness, because I have experienced and I'm still experiencing it everyday.
I would like to take this moment to pray that we all experience the wonderful, glorious grace that we have in Jesus Christ.
This fight is not really a fight because our Saviour, Jesus Christ, has won the ultimate fight against sin and satan. All that's left for us to do is to look to the throne of grace for our redemption, that is where we would get all the willpower and determination to succeed.
Finally I would like to thank this wonderful Christian family for your support and prayers. God bless us all. We are conquerors and overcomers, let us always look unto the Jesus who is the author and perfecter of our Faith.
