    I masturbate almost everyday or 6,7 times in a week.Due to porn addiction I can't control myself.I like to play football but my parents do not give me permission to go outside and play.I'm very anxious about my future because of this habit...any tips how I control myself??

    Do you have any hobbies or interests that you can do inside? Like read books, paint, learn a language etc? You could do this instead of PMO. Also, why won't your parents let you play football?
