    Please help me i am wasting my time on watching porn too much. I cant control myself. Perhaps i became victim of porn addiction. Many times i try to quit but again do the same. I am losing hope, i am not able to concentrate on my study. It ruined my life. Now i hate myself that i am taking big oath still i dont stand on my self esteem. How could avoid porn. Whenever i watch on phone i need to ejaculate. I need u all strongly support. Pls be with me
