    I'm coming here because usually I go to reconciliation every time I fell, but in the last confession, the priest whom I spoke to -we didn't know each other- suggested me to approach this "spiritual" sickness as an addiction as well. So that's the reason I discovered NOFAP community. Glad to realize that I am not alone in this battle.

    Welcome PA-Falco! I'm also a newbie here and made about the same experience in confession. It took so many years until a priest was ready to speak cleartext.

    I've been at it for a while, and the thing to remember is that it's both spiritual and physical. Take steps to strengthen both sides of your life and develop healthy habits.
