I'm happy that in the last 23 days, I've used PMO, one time. God is definitely helping me. When I fell, I asked for provision in the form of a mentor. I've told everyone in my Bible study that I suffer with this as well and have been welcomed with open arms. This devotional is also helping a lot. If you want to quit, you've got to get serious with it or you'll fall back into it. Here's the devotional:
