Failed after one week. I felt so weak and lost. I was angry and then I use porn To ease the pain. This week I learned to guard my thoughts. Now I need To look for ways To deal with my daily struggles. Also if somebody can help on how to keep a prayer habit, I only pray the morning But it's too brief; too distracted To pray enough. I need To go closer To God.

Hey bro, I recommend joining the 'Telegram' group above. Every day we are encouraging each other. I'm not on a very good streak but its really helped me so far to remind me of why I want to give up PMO and take on the NoFap challenge.
