I know you are familiar with my story and I really appreciate all who prayed for me during this time of this battle. I have been suffering great loses over the last week and a half, binge-watching TV series that lead me to masturbation. This always leads to depression and I have to say this last week I think I might have hit rock bottom. Truly fell into despair. But after miraculously getting an opportunity for a confession, I came away knowing I must continue the battle. I don't look forward to the battle, but I do look forward to winning this battle and hey, rock bottom is an excellent place to start out at...I can only improve from where I am. To start out with I am not warding off porn forever (At this point I do not see that as a reality), but today I am saying no to porn and yes to Christ. I am also going to start writing (a paper) autobiography about porn in my life. I hope by doing this and spending time in prayer and reading Gods Word I will realize more deeply the triggers that lead me to porn and be able to find counter moves to bring this battle to a more victorious war.
