i am ashamed that i never tried hard to get rid of this addiction even i had all the tools to pullMe out of this shit and and try hard for my life now i am here at this position
Where i am regretting but a post from a
fellow opened my eyes

now i know that it is bothering me
This addiction fucked my career
This addiction fucked my body
This addiction fucked my brain
This addiction fucked my relationship with others
This addiction fucked my studies

But it can be even worse if i donot try hard for my life
yes if u want to get rid of this addiction and run for your life
