Hey guys, I could use some prayers and words of advice or encouragement from you.

My wife and 3 yr old daughter left for canada this morning and won't be back til the 6thm This is the longest I've spent away from them. I currently have 21 days no porn or masturbation. and that is the longest I think ive ever gone since i figured out how to MO. I will not use porn, but I am feeling very tempted to MO. I have some things planned to keep me busy on my days off. Also if any of you have prayer requests let me know so I can spend more time in prayer. Thank you brothers! -Kurt
