Thank you brother! part of my plan is to finish reading the new testament. 2 corinthians, hebrews and revelations are what I have left. Plan to finish it by monday night before i goto bed. Also gonns goto both the 9am and 11am services at my church.

Thank you Craig! Spent some time in prayer after posting this. Prayed you and your friend bobby as well as for some other brothers specifically on here and less specifically for this whole group. Like I told one brother tonight I actually feel pretty strong tonight , but this is a marathon. its a war too. each night will be its own battle.

You can do this but it won’t necessarily be easy. The three week point was rough for me. One hour at a time! Have your escape plan ready. I will pray for you.

When the urge to MO overwhelms me, I like to sit still and just do nothing. If I make any action, it will be the wrong one. So I simply do not act. I lean on Jesus and his Spirit to see me through. I focus on my thoughts, and I run them by the Spirit to help me spot the lies and replace them with his Truth. Then I try to focus on the Truth and not the lie. MO will destroy every bit as readily as will PMO. Build on the strength you have gained these last few weeks of no PMO -- and when your strength fails, lean on the Mighty One! Praying for you and cheering you on!

Thanks for all your prayers brothers. I was rather hesitant to post this. the enemy was telling me lies. He wanted to keep me alone. After posting this I knew I couldnt give in. If I hadnt posted this I could have quietly changed my counter from PM to just P. Now I have all you brothers to hold me accountable. Starting the day off right listening to sermons. Letting satan know loud and clear "not today!"

You are such a key part of this community @Romans 6 23 . Your decision to stand firm when things get rough is a huge encouragement to me today. May God plant your feet in His Truth and sustain you with His Life!

This community has become a key part to me. like Proverbs says "iron sharpens iron" this group has helped me grow in christ. The power of fellowship and brotherhood is incredible. I know I for one have been able to resist temptation and do things I never would have done on my own. Satan likes to keep us alone.

It has been equally beneficial to me. I praise God I came here and found this group. I though this was only a secular site and was reluctant to join. The Lord is going supernatural things here.

Think of it as an opportunity, that if you can endure this daily, one day at a time, how much stronger you will be for when they get back, and any other time in the future where you can look back and say, "hey, I made it this many days with them being gone, I can handle....." What I'm impressed with, is that porn surfing isn't even on your mind to do. That is a big one right there.

Yes this is a test. God wouldn't give you this test if he didn't know you will succeed. Being able to be left alone is an important step in this process and being happy with who you are is important. The new you will seek the presence of the Lord not evil. You at maturing in your faith. The new you is ready for the battle. Keep encouraging people on this site. This is a ministry to others. Reach out to people in the other forums who don't know Jesus. Tell them what he is doing in your life. Invite them into this nurturing group.

Jonny, theres no way I would have done this without looking at porn 2 months ago - that in itself is a testimony to God, this site and you guys. myfortress- I love that advice ever since you suggested I try to goto the new to NoFap and reach out a few times a week.

And when I was born again, it really struck me that Jesus also made note of that thoughtfulness when he healed the 10 lepers, and only one, a Samaritan, came back to thank Him. Lu 17:11-18
