    I relapsed badly yesterday, lost most of the energy and confidence I gained in the last 50 days. Both Physically and mentally, I can feel the energy draining. A very harsh lesson I have learnt. Felt slightly better physically somewhat after taking a strong dose of multivitamins supplements (everything only by doctor advice). I temporarily stopped them while I was on the streak but this relapse pulled me down.
