    Hello there!
    I have a question or to be more precise I need a clarification.
    1) What do you consider as a relapse?
    2) Yesterday I felt a sexual urge and unfortunately gave in for a few minutes. So, would looking at a video in which part there was a girl in tights (rewinding the scene a few times) and getting a bit sexually aroused considered relapse or am I just being overly sensitive?

    Sorry if the question seems stupid but I want to be faithful to my no PMO.

    Hello, Eter, welcome to NOFAP. A relapse is when you surrender to the urges and the temptation and watch porn/and or pleasure yourself either with or without stimulating imagery be it physical like a magazine or on a screen or mentally.
