Netgear Genie (OpenDNS) and positive distractions. When you see Netgear and OpenDNS blocker pages it reinforces to you that you're an addict and you need to be guarded (literally). From there you may tend to stand down. If you can get that porn firewall on your router do it. Otherwise you're on your own with force of will. You can do this. Seek all the help you can. We all need it.
