On your iPhone, go to settings and then to screen time. Once under screen time click content and privacy restrictions. From there, go to content restrictions and under web content click limit adult websites. Once you complete this, go back to the original screen time menu and click change screen time passcode and have someone set up a passcode for you so you can't go in and disable the web content restriction.

P.S. I was having significant trouble with relapses due to peeking but since I set this screen time capability up on my phone just a few days ago, I've been good since then. I now hope to start a new nofap journey and never look back! I hope you all can adopt this strategy and wish you the best of luck!
