Some would argue yes, but in my opinion it is a consequence of the sin you already indulged it. It may also be a sign that you are in a process of changing the way you think about it and your mind is fighting you. Don't give up brother.

Unless you can control your dreams (and some can), it is not something you've done willfully. However, why is this sort of material available in your mind as fodder for your dreams in the first place?
