I used to lock my phone and laptop in a box in the library and used them there only. It worked perfectly but I can't do that anymore unfortunately.

You can download any application on your phone for reducing the use, it worked for me, this way makes me to select priorities in my life and what the main purpose of using phone is or technology in general.
