Exactly what went through my head today; i’m on day ten of no PM, and a couple of times i had to remind myself of the choice i made, and make again daily - sometimes twice, three times, four five whatever number of times in a day... - “i don’t have to do this. i can truly choose not to”. Thank God I made it through the day again, still clean.
