    What does that mean for you @st831? I read you have been here since May 17, 2018. How has reminding yourself of the words "His grace is sufficient," helped you, is helping you, and helping others end their bad habit of PMO?

    Christ defeated sin. He bore our shame. shame is what drives me back to porn. When i focus on what He has done, i am not focused on my lust. But if i focus on my shame Im back to square 1.
