    1. Sincere, truthful confession every week (atleast until you quit porn), preferably to the same priest

    2. Receive communion very often, truly believing that it is the sacred body of our Lord, after you have been purified by confession... It will drive away thoughts of impurity and bring in thoughts about Jesus
