Hi guys.
i want to help you guys to quit this addiction.(PMO)
i has quit it but not by will power method.
i has used will power method to quit pmo for 2 years.
but it didn,t work for me like you guys.
so if you want my help it will be my pleasure

You can not quit by will power .... You have to be away from all negative things physically like by deleting all your porn, making youtube and other social sites clean ie unfollowing models and sexual pages... Once you are away from sexual desires for long time then only your will power will be strong and you can rely on it...
