Stop edging to pictures, videos. Urges cannot be managed unfortunately. They can only be replaced with something else in my experience. Controlling them will only lead you to relapse multiple times.

Don't worry bro, it happens, I also came back on forum on relapsing, keep yourself active on for us this really helps.... I have observation that when I am active here it keeps me on track.... Else I generally fumble and go back to gaol and miss my goal
