I was wondering what the floor tasted like, so I "Fell off the wagon" and landed on my face. Nothing to do but start over and realize that I was an idiot.

Yeah, that's all you can do. Get back up, learn what went wrong, and start again. It doesn't matter how many times you fall. You are forgiven. It matters that you get back up a keep trying. If you quit, the devil wins.
