Why are you fighting to overcome PMO?
Is it because you want to be a better father, friend, person, make career improvements, better relationship?
Your why for why PMO is ruining your life and what you know it's doing that's hurting you will give you a strong base for your journey.

I want to be a better person spiritually,I want to have a great impact upon the world by touching many through my ministry of advocating purpose and destiny. My why is to have self improvement so that I can help others, cause I believe if I can't find the strength to overcome, how am I going to tell someone who is suffering they can overcome. My why says I want to be a better communicator and learn the art of relating to people.

That is a nice motivation, albeit extrinsic. What is it for you (intrinsic motivation) that will keep you d strong when the avalanches are coming down "on you" again? All the best to you!

My intrinsic motivation is a sense of accomplishment, I have promised myself so much and have not been able to deliver so going through this will give me a sense of worth and self confidence.
