I did it again today. I feel bad. I feel stuck in this pattern. I want to be a changed man. I need the Spirit of Truth in my life. I am desperate. What can I do? Anyone help me please I confess my sin and turn away from it. But I am afraid I will do it again..

This is a difficult but definitely not an impossible task. Stay in prayer and read some of the success stories on this site, they have always encouraged me. Not sure how far you've gone but the keep in mind that the first few weeks are the toughest. I will say a prayer for you brother, stay strong!
