Day 19. Relapse today. MB while wake up in the morning but no porn.
I think it is a relief for me to avoid doing even worse.
I have re-adjusted my goal into no porn instead. It maybe too high for me to quit all PMO. I am too weak, I think I may need some time for relief and release the tensions of even worse doing.

I started with no M for a month and kept watching porn. I sticked to it for 20 days or so, because I thought that P was not so bad. Only then I discovered NoFap, read some threads and decided to quit PM. Then I realised that it is actually harder to stop P than to stop M. I had a hard time.

Then I realised that, since my wife was far away for a period of time, quitting O comes with for free. So I "upgraded" to no PMO and it worked, I must be around 140 days, but only the first 30 and from 50 to 80 were challenging.

I think a progressive transition can be a solution to some. But not for all. I could recommend you to replace your PMO (or whatever you want to quit) by something else that is beneficial for you.

It's harder to stop something and leave a void. So instead of PMO, you could, I don't know, watch a good movie, talk to a friend, pray, learn something, read a book, go for a walk, workout, do stretching, yoga.... replace PMO

Once I reached 40 days, like Jesus in the desert, I would have never allowed to relapse, because losing those 40 days and restarting from 0 would be too much of a loss. When I was around 70, that feeling was even stronger, because I could see the end. At day 90, obviously I continued.

Now, if God wants, my wife will rejoin me in less than a month. We will celebrate Christmas and stay together forever. And we will start our life for real and have kids, so obviously, the O-goal will drop out.
