Who would have thought it could be so hard to not do something. For the first time in 40 days my urges has sky rocketed.

same here, it's something that happens around the 40-50 say mark of NoFap, remember though The Father, The Son, & The Holy Spirit have your back, do not let this flatline get to you, I am on day 44 and i have come dangerously close to a relapse but I have not, because where I am in life there is no turning back for me, and I refuse to offend my Lord & Savior anymore with horrid vice. I hope this short message motivates you to fight on till the very end, "VIVA CHRISTO REY"

The urges and temptation sometimes come on very strong. We do not control that. All we control is our thoughts and actions -- our reaction to the temptation. This passage has always been an encouragement to me:

Hebrews 12 Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles.
