    it's been 10 days nd i does't fap yet....but bro abhi aur control nhi ho rha i hve a weird headache nd feeling like my mind is forcing me to watch porn nd to do fap....now i really find it hard to control this intense force ...though i havent watch porn yet....i only watched some kisses videos on youtube....now what i do....nd most of the time i feel so much heat in my genitals areas too...
