Maybe it's for more than 4 months without PM, but I've been feeling very anxious these days. I have also begun to make some mental notes, of how lust in me has affected my relationships with others. Tomorrow I will give a Bible class again.

Yes newtry I agree that lust does effect your relationships with others,that one reason it,s so disappionting suffering the consequences of your actions,God bless you,stay encouraged,in the Word and keep fighting for the Lord Jesus Christ! johnny

I've noticed that throughout my sobriety from PM that I have become more aware of my feelings and surroundings. I think this has caused some anxieties that perhaps is similar to what you're describing. The lust has masked our ability to be more aware of life's joys and even worries and anxieties of day to day life. Offer it up!

Interesting point @ImprovingGinger . I also consider that my anxiety is a product of my sobriety with the PM. We are not fully aware of the damage that PM generates to us, at least I was not until recently. God bless you!

Thanks @salvation700 , you too brother. We can deviate from the PM but lust costs a lot to eliminate it, but I am one of those who believe that the Holy Spirit will do the work in us, if we allow it
