For the past 100 days I have been going through a series of depressive attitude. I relapsed multiple times. After 239 days if Nofap I gave up.
But I know I have to stand up again to conquer my dreams. This morning I woke up to take a pledge of committing my life again to this awesome challenge. My past streak ok 239 days will definitely help me.
This time my goal will be my key, Nofap will be just a supplement in this process.
