Today is 300 days for me of no P-subs and no sexual thinking apart from the physical presence of my wife. This is the path of freedom, and I plan to continue on it for the rest of my days.

The battle begins in our minds, so that is where we must fight and win it. One surrendered thought at a time, I continue to give control of my mind and my sexuality to Christ.
