Hey everyone, I'm new to this community and I don't know this works! I'm 23 years old. It's really embarrassing to say this!. I'm addicted to porn and I do masturbate atleast twice a day and I can't help myself. I tried several times to stop. I don't know what to do.! And I really need some help.

We all are, more or less, in a similar situation! we are figuring out over life to. There is no reason to be embarrassed. You have to be honest with yourself. I would suggest you to build a new routine for yourself cuz often time we watch porn cuz we don't have anything better to do. So find something that you are into and try and do that.
