2 - Destroy the fantasy - Write down everything negative you can find about PMO. Thing about the people on the screen as PEOPLE, not objects. It's like making a pros and cons list, but ONLY focus on the cons. What will happen if you don't stop? How far will it go? What will it do to your family, friends, career, reputation, etc.? Think of all of the worst case scenarios and write them down, or post them in a journal here.

3 - Put a porn blocker on everything you have. Give the password to someone you trust and ask them to change it so that you can't go around it when you're experiencing a moment of weakness.
