Streak 23 ... Age 22
Its my first time that i am putting hard efforts to get rid of this filthy habbit of porn / masturbation. Before starting YBOP , i was unable to stop myself from porn for even 5 consecutive days. But thanks it's my 23 day streak.

Week 1
I was highly motivated by getting "knowledge about how porn effects our daily life"

Week 2
It was really tough for me.. I had to be very careful and patient as I have never stopped porn for this much long time..

Week 3
I was feeling useless and wave of depression came to me for few days

Week 4
Today is the 2nd day of week 4.. I am gaining control over my self... Its for the first time in my life since the age of 11 that I have stopped porn for this much long time... I am determined to take my streak of 23 days to 100 days..
Its the first time that i have made this far ( even 23 days without porn/masturbation was a dream for me previously) .
