    Every 2 weeks I realpse Damn, yesterday also, I was so close to bit this 2 weeks, it’s my third time in a row that I did 14/13 days, my first streak was 40 , Just when I come back for 3 days after 17 days from army I do that, I don’t want to do this again...
    Now I want to start again! Help me to bit the first 40 days, day one now!

    Keep something really important at a stake for your relapse so that whenever you have the feeling to masturbate you will fear losing something really important. also, carry a band or something like that so that you will always remember what you have put at stake. Like this you can keep a very long streak.
