    Hey guys, quick update. I went 7 days feeling great. I relaxed on my restrictions and fell that same very night. Thank God I didn't binge but I am feeling depressed. Gonna turn to Jesus and remind myself of His truth. No wimps are allowed in His Kingdom lol

    So, don't relax the restrictions next time, just continue what you were doing day by day. The number of days is actually not as significant as the mind wants us to believe, it's all about changing your habitual thinking and the behavior that comes from it. You just got caught in a mindtrick, as we all do sometimes.
