but semen retention is about stopping M only it doesn't rwally matter if watched porn or if u orgasmed.. also u could not have a wet dream as any seamen lickage considerd to restart ur timer (i don't believe that btw) ... semen retention is more about having benefits that fighting the addiction.. i suggest that u should focus on quitting P the most ... and pmo alltogether if u can..

The goal is self-control, namely, mastery of our sexual appetite. We express this control by refusing to engage with P or MO in any form whatsoever. But there is much we do not control (e.g., nocturnal emissions, which are what the body uses to regulate itself naturally), and it would be foolish and a waste of effort to attempt to control something we cannot. You do your bit and do not MO, and leave the SR to the body. It knows better than you do what is needed in that regard.

In your first 100 days, the all-or-nothing of the day counter can be unhelpful, in my experience. I highly recommend using a green day/red day tracking system instead. See the "PMO Calendar" listed at the Information tab above for an example of such a system. I found using that was much more helpful early on to help me track patterns and see my progress in a more robust way than just the single number of the day counter. In our battle against PMO, we must use whichever tools we find helpful and discard those that are not! @saviour
