Is it happening only with me or with all of us.
This has never happened before, I usually start getting benefits after an average of 25 days but this time, its 90 days hardmode today still no benefits, there is no bliss, no motivation, no energy, everytime in long streak I used to get unexplainable benefits like better relation with my parents etc but this time its opposite, i am fed up, its like the situation is trying to make me relapse, since few days the urges are too high, with discipline I am anyhow able to hold on, but if it continues like this I will most probably relapse in near future. Dont know if its happening because of quarantine and most of the time I sit idly at house
Guys you all know how difficult it is to come to day 90, its 2nd time I reached day 90 in 4 years of trying nofap, longest was 154 days. I dont want to go back, please throw some light guys, I am getting hopeless. If nofap doesnt work, than there is nothing which can help.
