Father forgive me, I have sinned again. I relapsed today after going strong for a few days after recovering from another previous relapse. I have downloaded an accountability/Porn blocker extension but to no avail. If you could send suggestions as to what to do for future that would be greatly appreciated.

Go to the top left tab for NoFap home and read the resources there. Read "Your Brain on Porn" We are up against a powerful enemy here. You need to learn what you are dealing with. NoFap is not about getting some days free from PMO, it's about recovery from addiction which means changing your mindset and your habits. One day at a time. May the Lord have mercy on us and guide us in this quest. Amen.

From my limited experience with blockers, you can almost always find a loophole. They can be helpful, but when it comes down to it, we need more than those to help us. We need God! We have to trust that he can rescue us from every temptation, and we have to run to him to save us! He can and he will if we turn to him! Here's an article I found that might be insightful!

Daily check-ins with APs has been a help to me. Accountability software beats filters every single time. We need to bring what we do in the dark and in private out into the light and help of community. Praying for you and cheering you on!

Yes Tao. After 45 years of PMO and being totally unsuccessful with attempts to stop, I am finally moving forward after coming out into the open, joining an Accountability Group, researching the disease, participating in forums and particularly an awesome Discord NoFap server, learning to transmute my sexual energy and changing my mindset. All this built on the foundation of Christ Jesus. Amen.

Thank you all so much! Tomorrow I get Invisalign, I will restart my counter on my profile (doesn't mean I will PMO.) With the physical sensation of pain in my mouth for quite a while, it should help to remind me of my journey. It should also keep me from PMO and the discomfort and pain should bring me to closer to Christ for relief. Wish me luck, I pray for all of you.
