Hello guys I'm new to this site, I'm trying nofap from 1 year but keep relapsing. 45 days was mt longest streak. And when lockdown begin i couldn't go beyond a week. I am preparing for civil services but i can't give 100% to my preparation.

I come to know late about this, I could have saved many many hours that I wasted and most important.. The side effects.. Civils prep and pmoing addiction is deadly combination....
