Hey, I just wanted to vent out here. The reason why I came here is because I really want to stop fapping now for good, especially since it’s a new year to start over. I said to myself that I would not masturbate anymore when 2021 comes and yet I broke that challenge today this January 12th. I need some tips to actually stop this once and for all, the guilt is so unbearable and unhealthy at the end, I want to become a new person, so please help me to stop this unhealthy habit of mine good people.
