I have gone few months without PMO earlier but then I relapsed. I found the Nofap handbook very useful. I have practically experienced that the week after relapse is very challenging and important. This is because the mind tricks the person suggesting that it's ok ..anyways you have lapsed..have some good time..and you can go back after few days....& That's exactly where a person gets trapped when he's alone.... Now, I am stronger and I wait entire day to tell you guys that I am going strongly.... All my urges are going away coz I don't want to come back and tell that I failed..and that's what keeping me strong... Thank you !!

Yup.. definitely. I did some reading and found that sperm cycle is 74 days i.e. it takes 74 days for creation of sperm. This might be the reason NoFap guide says that anything below 90 days will not be that beneficial... If that's so after 90 days ..a person should have a cycle completing everyday ! and that might be the reason for them to suggest 90+ days at a minimum...

That's a good idea, then your not so focused on this and the days that stresses you and becomes a chore, that;s when you quit, when it gets too much like a chore great idea yog
