I am struggling with relapse. I went about 3 months free off P and have relapsed several times this past week and honestly don’t know why. I feel guilt and shame terribly.

Keep moving forward Brother. Use nofap as a tool or create an art because your sexual energy is very strong to handle. Do not mingle with your emotions or it will consume you. Good luck brother with your journey. Remember use your energy wisely. Understand and keep going forward in life.

It might also be good to do a little reflection to see what has changed around you or in your head that's making you want to relapse.
