I am not able to come out from this. Today I did it again. These thoughts are unstoppable for me... how I will overcome this.

You can come out from this. I've been where you are but and I'm in a better place now, but it took time, patience and a lot of failure, but also a lot of devotion to God. The time must be spent feeding on the Word of God, meditating on it, praying, asking God to show you what wounds you are attempting to heal through PMO and asking Him to heal them. Over time your mind will be filled with pure thoughts that make it easier to overcome the impure. I'll be praying for you as always
