Dear fellow Catholics,
I have a wonderful news to share with you - this day marks for me exactly one year without porn!

I admit I've masturbated like three times during the year, but given that I had been an addict for six years and sometimes unable to refrain from PMO more than three days, I still count the last year as a tremendous blessing I want to share my testimony as an encouragement for all of us - despite all our doubts, despair and lethargy, with Lord's help everything's possible!

I also want to say that the turning point of my struggle was Exodus 90 programme last year, which makes a purity-oriented life a lot easier; not only beacuse of the ascetic disciplines, but also very much so thanks to support of other members of the brotherhood. Moreover, I was not the only one in our brotherhood who struggled with impurity and the others were fully or partially liberated from this slavery as well. So if some of you were/are thinking about participating in a similar programme, go for it; one can only gain
