I'll go to confession this afternoon, after 16:00 . It always helps me, and recently I even started to appreciate better confession and communion. Really believing the Lord can forgive me, want to forgive me and He forgave me... I repeat this when I'm absolved and even after the confession, before the Communion. I found it very helpful.
