i am today 46 days clean with help of NoFap

but i did not relate too much
now i want to your experience it would be worth full if i try with Sex Anonymous 12 step working guide?

I'm two plus years sober in AA and use the AA big book for my sex inventory. One of my favorite questions it gets me to ask is "is it selfish or not"
