Prayer, being in the word, scripture memorization, praise music and friends.

I agree with the above, and it has also been helpful to read others' posts and draw from similarities, try to dig into the causes behind these issues, and work on changing them.

Stay focused on your primary goal

Keeping busy and regular check-ins here and with my APs. Also having monitoring software on all my electronic devices has been a life saver more times than I can count!

Thanks. I heard about that too. About monitoring my devices. I think that’s what I’m going to do next.

I use Accountable2You. Works on all platforms I have tried, even ChromeOS! Highly recommended. I have it on my kids' devices, too, so my wife and I can keep an eye on their computer habits.
