    I had deleted this account due to this website is not exclusively Catholic. I am searching for a forum for this that only involves Catholics, however, until then, I thought I can limit my use of nofap to this page and the journal I now have to restart.

    It is a Catholic principle that truth is not only found in the Catholic Church or among Catholics. This idea may be stretched too far in modern times, but St. Thomas Aquinas had no problem drawing on the works of Jews, Muslims and even pagans when true.
