How does everyone keep away from p-subs (porn substitutes)? Especially on a site that you need to use for other purposes, such as if your business page was on Instagram and you find yourself looking up swimsuit models (Instagram, Reddit, Tumblr, and Twitter all blocked for that reason)
Also, what content blockers do you find helpful?

There is always a way to avoid P-subs, if you are serious about doing so. Specifics will be different on a case by case basis. Many use accountability software so that all internet activity is monitored by APs. Very helpful in your scenario where some content on a given site may be acceptable but other content on that same site definitely is not.

Recognition that this is a habit and becoming mindful of that habit? Ask the Lord to increase your sensitivity towards doing something you know you shouldn't (because we know the moment before we do, even if we pretend we don't). I have found it useful to objectify bad habits like they're small, stubborn children which I have to play the role of adult. "Ah-AH! DON'T. YOU. DO IT!!" If my will is in agreement with Him, then habits are just stubborn holdouts of my flesh to be disciplined.

The aim should always be to face the issue with Christ in it. Don't condemn yourself that you are attracted to women. But at the same time face the issue and say Christ I want you to transform my mind, so that I can see this pictures without looking at it with sexual thoughts but rather praise you for who you have created.

A really good new content blocker (IMHO) is called "Manage SPIN". I've been using it on my Phone for some time now and wholeheartedly recommend it. I think it's very wise that you've blocked Insta, Reddit, Tumblr, Twitter etc. You might want to access your business page on Insta on a shared computer, or in the office, or whatever, where other people can see you and your internet history.

Unfortunately, I have no experience using content blockers/filters, but I have read some testimonials supporting their effectiveness. I suspect most of us are well aware of which visual content and activities lead us down the path of temptation, and since I am more of a realist, I know how impossible it is to completely avoid those stimulants. That said, I am more a proponent of choice...

... There is more empowerment, more fulfillment, more satisfaction when we choose to just simply not continue to feed our temptations. IMO, the real personal growth manifests when we choose to take control of our own actions, and not build dependencies on third parties.
