Anyone still active in this group? Did the proposed London get together happen? As awkward and uncomfortable as it would probably feel, I wonder if meeting as a group would be good, especially for those of us finding it more difficult to break this habit/addiction? Or just to enjoy the feeling of being with people who understand the problem.

Also, any views on whether we find this issue more difficult to discuss and deal with in the UK than in the USA, for example, given our general reserved/repressed culture? I think it's changing, but get the impression we're still a bit more prudish about these things than some other cultures.
